Routine maintenance
Descaling and cleaning the coffee system

Basic maintenance that keeps the machine in shape: we remove limescale and clean the system of coffee residue and oils. We recommend doing it regularly, depending on water hardness and how often you use the machine.

Preventive maintenance
Full overhaul – complete cleaning and replacement of worn parts

The big service that brings the machine close to new again. We strip down and fully clean the machine, replace worn hoses and seals, clean and calibrate the grinder, and check the ceramic and safety valves.

Diagnostics and repair
Fixing the fault, with a full overhaul always included
Diagnostics 80 KM + repair

When the machine stops or plays up, we first run diagnostics and find the cause. We fix the fault on the spot: replacing the failed part, repairing the electronics and so on. Every repair always includes a full overhaul, so you get the machine back fully sorted. We give the final repair price only after diagnostics.

We give a 6-month warranty on fitted original parts and a 12-month warranty on the full overhaul. For older machines that need used or reconditioned parts, no warranty is given, and we always tell you in advance.
Only original Jura parts
We fit only original parts, never cheap copies. That keeps the machine working as it should and lasting longer. On older models, when the original is no longer available, we fit verified reconditioned parts by agreement.

Right now we specialise in Jura machines. Service and repair of other espresso machine brands are possible by prior agreement. Tell us which machine you have and we'll work it out.

Getting the machine to us
You can deliver the machine to us in two ways:
In person to the workshop
Every day from 10 to 18h. Come by and, if you like, watch the service live.
By courier
Send the machine by courier from anywhere in BiH, and we'll let you know the moment it arrives. After the service we send it back the same way, by courier. Shipping costs both ways (sending and return) are covered by the customer, and personal pickup can be arranged by agreement.
Frequently asked questions
How much does servicing a Jura machine cost?
Routine maintenance (descaling and cleaning the system) costs 80 KM. A full overhaul is 300 KM. For a fault, diagnostics is 80 KM, and we tell you the final repair price with parts after diagnostics.
How long does a service take?
Routine maintenance takes up to an hour. A full overhaul takes 2 to 4 hours. Diagnostics usually takes about fifteen minutes, and a repair most often within a few days.
Do you give a warranty on the service?
We give a 12-month warranty on the full overhaul. Fitted original parts carry a 6-month warranty. Descaling has no applicable warranty. If older machines need used or reconditioned parts, no warranty is given and we tell you in advance.
What does the full overhaul include?
Complete cleaning of the machine, replacement of worn hoses and seals, cleaning and adjusting the grinder, inspection of the ceramic and safety valves, descaling, and testing with quality control.

Yes. We fit only original Jura parts. On older models, when the original is no longer available, we use verified reconditioned parts by agreement.
How do I get the machine to you?
You can bring the machine to the workshop in person every day from 10 to 18h, or send it by courier from anywhere in BiH. After the service we return it by courier at the customer's expense, and personal pickup can be arranged.
